Limited One-Year Warranty
Score Titan warrants that its solutions (the "Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery (the "Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid warranty claim is received within the Warranty Period, Score Titan will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective Product,
- Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished unit, or
- Provide a prorated refund if repair or replacement is not commercially viable.
Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents (e.g., improper storage, extreme physical impact).
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs made by third parties.
- Normal wear and tear, including minor cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
- Issues caused by improper setup or maintenance not in accordance with Score Titan's instructions.
Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim, the customer must:
- Notify Score Titan in writing at support@scoretitan.com within the Warranty Period.
- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
- Ship the defective Product to Score Titan (return shipping costs may apply).
Repaired or replaced products will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
