1. Eligibility

The contest is open only to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are existing customers of Score Titan (“Participants”) and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2. How to Enter

To enter, Participants must submit a testimonial in the form of a video, photo, or social media post featuring their Score Titan scoreboard in use, along with a brief description of their experience, through the online submission form provided on Score Titan’s website.

3. Contest Period

The contest opens on July 8, 2025 and closes on July 24, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Score Titan reserves the right to extend the submission deadline at its sole discretion.

4. Prize and Winner Selection

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) Score Titan scoreboard.

• Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or about July 25, 2025.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Submission License

By entering the contest, each Participant grants Score Titan a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display their submission (including images, videos, testimonials, and social media posts) for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes, in any media or format, without further compensation.

6. General Conditions

• Limit one (1) entry per person.
• Submissions must not contain any offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content. Score Titan reserves the right to disqualify any submission that, in its sole discretion, violates these standards.
• Score Titan is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
• Score Titan reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time without notice if circumstances beyond its control affect the integrity of the contest.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the draw date. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Limitation of Liability

Score Titan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the contest or the use of any prize.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected from Participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and in accordance with Score Titan’s Privacy Policy.
