These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Score Titan Referral Program ("Program") operated by Score Titan ("Score Titan", "we", "us", "our"). By participating in the Program, you ("you", "referrer", or "participant") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview
The Score Titan Referral Program is a time-limited promotion that allows existing customers to earn rewards by referring new customers. The Program runs from May 12, 2025, to August 31, 2025 (“Program Term”). During the Program Term:

• The referred customer receives 5% off their first scoreboard purchase.
• The referring customer receives a 5% reward based on the referred customer's net purchase amount (excluding taxes and shipping).

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to individual customers of Score Titan who have made at least one prior scoreboard purchase or have an active customer account. Referred customers must be new customers (i.e., they must not have purchased from Score Titan previously) and employees of Score Titan, their immediate families, and affiliates are not eligible to participate.

3. Use of Referral Code

• Each participant will receive a unique referral code to share via email, social media, or personal networks.
• Referral codes may be shared publicly; however, they may not be listed on coupon websites or commercial discount aggregators without Score Titan’s written approval.
• Referrals determined to be self-referrals or fraudulent may be voided at Score Titan’s discretion.

4. Rewards and Payout

• Referrers earn a reward equal to 5% of the referred customer’s first scoreboard purchase (before tax and shipping).
• All qualifying referrals must occur during the Program Term (ending August 31, 2025).
• Rewards will accrue through August 31, 2025, and be paid out in a single lump sum on or shortly after August 31, 2025. Rewards will be issued electronically to the email associated with the referrer’s Score Titan account or mailed to the referrer’s mailing address on file, at Score Titan’s discretion.
• Rewards are issued electronically to the email associated with the referrer’s Score Titan account,
• No rewards will be issued for canceled, returned, or refunded orders.

5. Discount Terms for Referred Customers

• The referred customer receives a 5% discount on their first scoreboard order only.
• The referral code must be entered at checkout to apply the discount.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other promotions.

6. Program Integrity
Score Titan reserves the right to monitor referrals for abuse, including self-referral, false accounts, or mass referral schemes. Fraudulent or abusive behavior may result in disqualification and forfeiture of all rewards.


7. Program End and Modifications
The Referral Program will end on August 31, 2025, and no further rewards will be earned for purchases made after that date.

Score Titan reserves the right to revise or terminate the Program early, provided reasonable notice is given. In the event of early termination, verified referrals made before the termination date will remain eligible for payout on the original schedule.


8. Limitation of Liability
Score Titan is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to participation in the Program. Our total liability is limited to the actual value of rewards earned by a participant.


9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.
