Welcome to Score Titan!  The following terms (“Terms”) apply to teams who apply to receive sponsored scoreboards. In applying receiving a sponsored scoreboard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 

Use of the Scoreboard
On behalf of you and your team (collectively "The Team") you agree to:

1. Use the scoreboard at home and away games during the 2024 season
2. Ensure that the scoreboard is kept in good condition and used only for its intended purpose
3. Not to alter the scoreboard in any way

Return of the Scoreboard

The Team agrees to:

1. Return the scoreboard to Score Titan at the end of the season or September 15, 2024, whichever is sooner ("Return Date"). 
2. Return the scoreboard to Score Titan in the same condition it was received, barring normal wear and tear.

Term
This Agreement is effective from the date of receipt of the scoreboard until the Return Date.

Liability

1. To the extent not prohibited by law, and except for losses or liabilities directly resulting from either party’s gross negligence or willful misconduct, Score Titan's total liability (including the liability of any supplier, subcontractor, employee or agent of Score Titan), and The Team’s sole and exclusive remedy for any claim of any type whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any services provided hereunder, shall be limited to proven direct damages caused by Score Titan’s sole negligence in an amount not to exceed fees paid or payable hereunder.
2. Neither The Team nor Score Titan (including Score Titan's suppliers, subcontractors, employees and agents) shall (1) have liability to the other for any special, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenues, data and/or use), even if advised of the possibility thereof; and (2) bring any claim based on any service provided hereunder more than twelve (12) months after the cause of action accrues.
